Welcome to Rovelist Habit Tracker. By using Rovelist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, we encourage you to discontinue use of the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rovelist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Data Storage & Privacy

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 per month
• Yearly Subscription: $12.99 per year
• Lifetime Access: One-time payment of $24.99

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account Settings.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe there was an unauthorized charge, please contact Apple Support.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Rovelist, you agree not to misuse the app, attempt to exploit it, or use it for illegal activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities within Rovelist are owned by us and protected under intellectual property laws.

8. Limitations of Liability

Rovelist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, damages, or disruptions caused by using our app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rovelist after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
